There are residual stone structures at the south shore of Loch Creran which were either side of a road block during WW2.
This was possibly as an anti-tank defence.
The stonework for the road block is lower down beside the road.
Are there any family stories of these sites, either during the war or, for example, as kids playing along the lochside ??
We need to get these added to the Ardchattan map accurately
