Gives his opinion that the old Britons were a colony of the Celts long before Julius Caesar's time, and that the Picts were such of the Britons as refused to become provincial, and that Welsh, old British and Irish languages and that of Little Britain are different dialects of Celtic or of the Gauls, giving examples1
